I felt listened to, provider addressed all of my concerns and explained my treatment clearly. Care was efficient and compassionate. The nurse, Arron, was also wonderful, compassionate, and professional.

She provided a great explanation of what was going on and why she was providing the things she was for my care. I’ve never had a doctor take that time to explain these things to me and it was very helpful! She made things make sense and gave me some insight into what I could do in the future. This was a great visit!

She listened. She knew what she was talking about and explained things well, including how the medication worked and that she could see signs it was working (she gave specifics). This was my first time using Express and she explained some procedures they do & don’t do, and Gave me reasons to make & keep my appt with my family physician. It was also handy to have the pharmacy adjacent.
