• Take Highway 30 to the Lincoln Way exit.
• Take Lincoln Way east, driving approximately 2.7 miles.
• 3600 Lincoln Way is on the south side of Lincoln Way (just past Hy-Vee).

Directions from US Highway 30 (Westbound)

• Take Highway 30 to the South Dakota Avenue exit.
• Take South Dakota Avenue north, driving approximately 1 mile to Lincoln Way.
• Turn right (East) onto Lincoln Way. Drive approximately 0.5 miles.
• 3600 Lincoln Way is on the south side of Lincoln Way (just past Hy-Vee).

Directions from Interstate 35 (Northbound or Southbound)

• Take I-35 to the exit for Highway 30 westbound.
• Take Highway 30 approximately 5.7 miles to the South Dakota Avenue exit.
• Take South Dakota Avenue north, driving approximately 1 mile to Lincoln Way.
• Turn right (east) onto Lincoln Way. Drive approximately 0.5 miles.
• 3600 Lincoln Way is on the south side of Lincoln Way (just past Hy-Vee).

Free patient parking is available on the north side of the building. The patient entrance is on the north side of the building.
