Does a patient need a referral to establish in urology?

Yes, a referral is needed for new patients, except for Vasectomy. However, your insurance company may require a referral. Please contact your primary care provider to set up an appointment.

Should I be prepared to give a urine sample?

Yes.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring an updated medication list, a photo ID, insurance card and a list of questions you may have for the provider. If you are new to the clinic a copy of your previous medical records.
