I love how well Dr. Basener explains things where I can understand them and the reasoning behind them. Dr. Basener makes me feel like I am a person and not just a chart number. Would definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Despite being a very busy provider, Dr. Basener always takes time to really listen to me. She often addresses what is happening, good or bad, in my personal life, as she understands how much those circumstances affect my health. I like that she asks direct questions, gives me a "trigger" warning if she's going to ask a personal question, and that she has a great sense of humor.
