About Nick Skibba

Nicholas Skibba, PharmD, is a Clinical Pharmacist at McFarland Clinic who partners with patients and their healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and support better health outcomes. He focuses on helping patients understand their medications, reduce side effects, improve effectiveness, and simplify medication routines whenever possible.

A typical visit includes a complete review of medications and health history, discussion of current symptoms or concerns, and education on why each medication is prescribed and how it supports a patient’s care plan. Nick works closely with primary care providers and specialists to make recommendations that improve safety, effectiveness, and confidence in treatment.

Clinical Pharmacist services may benefit patients managing chronic conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure, those taking multiple medications, or anyone seeking clearer guidance and support with their medication plan.
