Kathy was so engaging and personable, and I came away with a wealth of new information and understanding about what's going on and why. I very much appreciated the tests (strength, etc.), and learning the results was very useful. She sent me home with good information, and I'll be able to report on it at my next appointment - always good to have a plan and motivation!
