From Dr. Geisinger
The spine is an exciting and complex part of the body and treating spinal conditions is my passion. With modern spine surgeries, I am able to alleviate pain and restore function to the people of our community. Many people come to me after trying therapy and injections all without getting lasting relief of their pain that radiates down their arm or leg. Others see me for issues related to persistent weakness, numbness, or coordination issues. Whatever the spinal issue may be, I work to identify the problem and develop a treatment plan to help Iowans get back to their active lives.
My wife and I grew up on farms near Spencer, Iowa. Our families continue to farm and raise corn, soybeans, and livestock. Outside of orthopedics, I have a real passion for farming. I enjoy working on equipment, taking care of the animals, and working the fields. Being in Iowa, I am thrilled to have the ability to give our kids the same agrarian upbringing that my wife and I had.
I am very excited to be practicing orthopedics in the heart of the Midwest. I have great respect for the people here and I feel a deep responsibility to care for our community in the most diligent, honest, and compassionate way. I look forward to meeting you!
