Easy to talk to, projects caring & understanding of needs while staying professional. Talks with you, not to you, and takes time to listen to your responses. Carol is very meticulous in the way she reviews your chart each time she sees you. She keeps up on meds, bloodwork, whatever you may be due for outside of her purview, like eye exams. If you see other doctors, she also reviews your chart to see how that’s going and asks you about that. Carol is a very conscientious doctor. She makes sure she has all the information she needs and has access to, to best treat her patients. I loved Ann Jones. I’m very thankful Carol is here.

Carol is very thorough and understanding. She explained things well and gave what seemed to my daughter and me wise counsel as to steps to take to help and heal my malady.

Carol is very thorough and direct and honest. We don't know exactly what is causing pain, but she seems to be determined to find the cause, which makes me feel very safe and secure in her hands. My anxiety level went way down after seeing her.
