Directions from Interstate 35 (Northbound or Southbound)

• Take I-35 to the Broad Street exit.
• Head west on Broad Street. Drive approximately 1 mile to Grand Avenue.
• Turn right (north) onto Grand Avenue. Drive approximately 0.2 miles to 8th Street.
• Turn left (west) onto 8th Street. Drive approximately 1 block.
• 705 8th Street is located at the intersection of 8th Street and Elm Avenue (north side of 8th Street / east side of Elm Avenue).

Directions from US Highway 69 (Northbound or Southbound)

• Take Highway 69 to 115th Street.
• Turn east onto 115th Street. Drive approximately 1.3 miles to Pennsylvania Avenue. (115th Street becomes West Broad Street as you enter Story City.)
• Turn left (north) onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Drive approximately 0.2 miles to 8th Street.
• Turn right (east) onto 8th Street. Drive approximately 1 block.
• 705 8th Street is located at the intersection of 8th Street and Elm Avenue (north side of 8th Street / east side of Elm Avenue).

Free patient parking is available on the south side of the building. You may enter the parking lot from 8th Street or Elm Avenue. The patient entrance is on the south side of the building.
