MyChart App Offers On-the-go Access to Medical Records

McFarland Clinic wants to ensure we’re doing all we can to empower our patients with tools for them to control their own health care. Now, with the introduction of the MyChart app for both Apple and Android devices, our patients have secure access to the benefits of our online patient portal at their fingertips. Access portions of your medical record, send an electronic message to your doctor’s office, or check a lab result – all from your phone.

How to Get the MyChart App

For iPhone and other Apple Devices

  1. Visit the App Store to download the MyChart app
  2. Select McFarland Clinic as your provider

For Android Phones

  1. Visit Google Play to download the MyChart app
  2. Select McFarland Clinic as your provider

Setting Up a MyChart Account

You’ll need to have a MyChart account activated through McFarland Clinic to make use of the MyChart app. Creating your MyChart account is easy. Simply sign up on the MyChart website or ask staff about instant activation.

Why Use MyChart?

Many of the same trusted services you can access by computer are available through the MyChart app. The app allows you to:

  • Send a secure message to your doctor about non-urgent health questions
  • Request medication refills
  • Check most lab and test results
  • View your appointment history
  • Access your health summary, including medications, immunizations and allergies
  • Receive health reminders
