Improvements Underway at McFarland's 1215 Duff Avenue Facility

McFarland Clinic is making important updates to improve access and enhance the experience for patients and visitors at our 1215 Duff Avenue location in Ames. These improvements include upgrades to our parking lot, sidewalks, and building entrances.

What Patients and Visitors Should Know

Construction is expected to continue through October 2025, and work will be completed in phases to help maintain access throughout the project.

• The entire surface parking lot surrounding the 1215 Duff Avenue building, sidewalks, and both the east and north entrance ramps are being renovated.
• Parking remains available for patients, staff, and visitors during construction.
