Employee Emergency Fund

The primary goal of the McFarland Clinic Foundation Employee Emergency Fund is to support employees of McFarland Clinic experiencing unforeseen emergency crisis events that cause sudden overwhelming financial stress.  

Current McFarland Clinic employees are eligible to apply for assistance through this fund.  Applications will be accepted year-round and reviewed by a Foundation selection committee.

Criteria for Consideration

Aid assistance of up to $1,000 per person per year will be considered for the following types of emergency crisis events:

  • Natural disasters (tornado, flood, derecho)
  • Emergency events (house fire, broken water lines).
  • Unexpected illness or death impacting household

Application

Applications for Employee Emergency Fund are held in confidence and reviewed by members of the Foundation's board of directors (selection committee).
