Does a patient need a referral to establish in urology?

You do not need a referral to be seen in our department. However, your insurance company may require a referral. If it is required please contact your primary care provider to set up an appointment.

Does the urology department see children?

Yes, including but not limited to the following conditions:

  • Bedwetting
  • Congenital anomalies of the urinary system
  • Recurrent urinary tract infections
  • Undescended testes
  • Scrotal/penile concerns

Should I be prepared to give a urine sample?

Yes.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring an updated medication list, a photo ID, insurance card and a list of questions you may have for the provider. If you are new to the clinic a copy of your previous medical records.
