McFarland Clinic’s team of ophthalmologists and optometrists provides a comprehensive approach to eye care. Our eye doctors provide routine eye exams, prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, and examinations for various eye conditions and diseases.

Opticians help patients select the proper eyeglasses frame and discuss options regarding lens materials and designs. Our opticians provide our patients with complimentary adjustments and nose pad adjustments both before and after the sale. Our eyewear services include:

Our optical department maintains a broad selection of frames including many styles and price ranges. The optician on staff is trained to help you select a frame that fits properly, looks attractive, and is appropriate for your prescription. While our standards for quality are high, our prices are very competitive. We also offer free nose pad replacements for your glasses.

Variety of Lens Materials

The latest in lens technologies are available in our optical department.  Thinner, lighter-weight lens materials and designs, along with anti-reflective coatings and tints to make your lenses more attractive, are a few of the many lens options available.  For more information on frames and anti-reflective coating, please contact a McFarland Eye Center nearest you.

Our contact lens department provides our patients with advanced contact lens fitting and cares for almost all refractive problems including nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia (need for bifocals). Our optometrists and contact lens technicians are capable of working with contact lens patients with significant congenital or acquired eye diseases including cosmetically tinted contact lenses and therapeutic contact lenses. Our contact lens fittings and follow-ups include careful personal instruction in the care, insertion, and removal of contact lenses.

We maintain a large inventory of both disposable and permanent lenses, a commitment to patient satisfaction and service second to none, and competitive pricing.
