How do I make an appointment?
Endocrinology is an appointment by referral only department. Your primary care provider will help you decide if an Endocrine referral is appropriate.
How do I start the process of getting an insulin pump?
You must work with a Diabetic Educator to get the process started. You must show dedication to testing and getting your diabetes under control before you would be considered a candidate.
Can I get samples of my medications?
We often have samples that we are happy to distribute to our patients. We ask that you contact our office a minimum of 24 hours prior to picking up the samples.
How do I know if I have diabetes?
Many times diabetes is discovered during a routine doctors exam and physical. Common symptoms might be extreme thirst and frequent urination. Type 1 Diabeteis most often involves a childhood or early adulthood onset, has a more acute onset, with the patient presenting to the ER or doctors office being very ill.
How do I get my medications refilled?
Please contact your pharmacy. They will then contact our office for the appropriate medications. Please allow 48 hours for refills.
