Dr. Carano is the most professional doctor I have ever known. He is so knowledgeable about my type-1 diabetes and helps me adjust my insulin pump and meet my A1C goal and teaches me best practices to manage my diabetes.

Even though I was around an hour early and expected to be waiting for quite a while, the staff got me into a room to see the doctor early. My appointment and labs got done before my appointment was to actually start. The personnel was quite friendly.

Dr. Carano’s news that he is retiring for sure.. He has been my endocrinologist for over 40 years, and has been a large part of helping me be as healthy as I am having been a Type 1 diabetic for 54 years. I am happy for him to be able to retire and enjoy life on his on his own schedule, but I will certainly miss him. Wishing him the best! ( I do have one more appointment before the end of the year!)
