• Highway 14 becomes South Center Street as you enter Marshalltown.
• Continue on South Center Street to East Anson Street.
• 802 South Center Street is located at the intersection of South Center Street and East Anson Street (east side of South Center Street Avenue / north side of East Anson Street).

Directions from State Highway 14 (Southbound)

• Highway 14 becomes North 3rd Avenue as you enter Marshalltown.
• Continue on North/South 3rd Avenue to East Anson Street.
• Turn left (west) onto East Anson Street. Drive approximately 0.25 miles.
• 802 South Center Street is located at the intersection of South Center Street and East Anson Street (east side of South Center Street Avenue / north side of East Anson Street).

You may park in any public parking spot in the Hy-Vee lot. Express Care Marshalltown is located inside Marshalltown Hy-Vee, near the pharmacy.

McFarland Express Care is located on the Marshalltown Municipal Transit (MMT) Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Purple, North A.M., and South A.M. routes. Express Care / Hy-Vee can also be accessed from the Seasonal Grey, Yellow, and Brown routes (August to June) and the Seasonal Pink and Purple routes (June to August).
