Alice takes so much care to ensure you understand and are comfortable with everything. The amount of detail she provides is incredibly appreciated. She’s always prepared before my visit and follows up on things we’ve discussed in the past. She is easy to talk to and so kind. I never have felt rushed and she makes me feel genuinely cared for as an individual - not just a name on the schedule.
