How to Access Your COVID-19 Vaccine QR Code

If you plan to travel or need to show vaccination status for an event, you can access your COVID-19 vaccination status in MyChart. Credentials can be displayed on a mobile device, printed, or saved to another mobile app. Here's how to do it...

1. Log Into MyChart

Log into your MyChart account and click the COVID-19 code icon.

2. View COVID-19 Vaccination Info

View your COVID-19 vaccination information. If you received your vaccine somewhere other than McFarland Clinic, you can manually add your COVID-19 vaccination information here.

3. Toggle On Quick Access

Toggle on the "quick access option" to be able to access your COVID-19 information and QR code without logging in next time.

Note for International Travel

Downloading your information is highly recommended for international travel as MyChart access may not be available in some countries.
