Directions from US Highway 30 (Eastbound)

• Take Highway 30 to the Duff Avenue exit.
• Take Duff Avenue north. Drive approximately 2 miles.
• 1128 Duff Avenue is located at the intersection of Duff Avenue and East 12th Street (east side of Duff Avenue / south side of East 12th Street).

Directions from US Highway 30 (Westbound)

• Take Highway 30 to the exit for Interstate 35 Northbound.
• Take I-35 north to the East 13th Street exit.
• Take East 13th Street west. Drive approximately 2.4 miles to Duff Avenue.
• Turn left (south) onto Duff Avenue.
• 1128 Duff Avenue is located at the intersection of Duff Avenue and East 12th Street (east side of Duff Avenue / south side of East 12th Street).

Directions from Interstate 35 (Northbound or Southbound)

• Take I-35 to the East 13th Street exit.
• Take East 13th Street west. Drive approximately 2.4 miles to Duff Avenue.
• Turn left (south) onto Duff Avenue.
• 1128 Duff Avenue is located at the intersection of Duff Avenue and East 12th Street (east side of Duff Avenue / south side of East 12th Street).

Free patient parking is available on the south and east sides of the building. You may enter the parking lot from Duff Avenue or East 12th Street. The patient entrance is on the south side of the building.
