McFarland Clinic PC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its Geriatric Medicine staff. The successful candidate will have previous practice experience in Geriatric Medicine, the ability to coordinate care with primary care and specialty care Providers and other members of the patient's care team and be a self motivator who enjoys working independently. This position will be based in Marshalltown, Iowa. Travel will be required to Nursing Homes in the area.

Requirements
Graduation from an accredited program, currently licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the State of Iowa. Currently certified or have the ability to be certified by the appropriate governing body.
