If you are selected for an interview, our Employment Specialist will contact you to schedule a Human Resources screening interview. This interview covers general behavioral topics and addresses the applicant’s employment background. All of our questions are designed to help us determine if you meet the minimum qualifications for the job, and whether your employment goals align with McFarland Clinic's vision and values.
The top candidates will have a second interview with personnel from the department in which the vacant position exists. This interview is geared toward gauging the applicant’s suitability for the specific job.
