For your convenience, McFarland Clinic offers options to pay your account balance. McFarland Clinic accepts cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express).
Online Payments via MyChart
Payment opportunities are available for patients with a MyChart account. MyChart offers many features when you are logged into your account, including a real-time balance, options to create a payment plan, and the ability to store credit card information. McFarland Clinic uses tokenization to ensure card information is secure. Guest payment is also available without signing into your account.
Online Bill Pay
We offer a secure bill pay portal that allows you to view your statement and pay online. You have the option of making a payment as a guest or setting up a user account. By setting up a user account, you can log in and access your e-statements and online payment history.
Pay by Phone
A McFarland Clinic representative is available to help with payments Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm by calling 515-239-4598 or toll-free at 844-682-2304.
McFarland Clinic also utilizes interactive voice response (IVR) technology, allowing you to pay over the phone using your credit card or eCheck 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 515-239-4598.
Pay your bill at a McFarland Clinic location. Our friendly check-in staff will offer you the opportunity to pay your account balance during the check-in process at any McFarland Clinic location.

You can include a payment with your statement top in the provided envelope. If you wish to make a payment via mail without a statement top, please send your payment to:

Emergency Services & Uninsured Patients
Be assured that emergency service will not be delayed or withheld on the basis of a patient’s ability to pay. If you do not have health insurance, please contact our Financial Services Department at 515-239-4597. We will review our discount options for uninsured patients, as well as other payment and financial assistance options that may be available.
Please know that you will be treated with dignity and compassion every step of the way, regardless of your ability to pay. If you are unable to pay your bill in full, financial assistance is available based on the Federal Government Poverty Guidelines published each year.
