Emergency Services & Uninsured Patients
Be assured that emergency service will not be delayed or withheld on the basis of a patient’s ability to pay. We will review our discount options for uninsured patients, as well as other payment and financial assistance options that may be available.
Please know that you will be treated with dignity and compassion every step of the way, regardless of your ability to pay. If you are unable to pay your bill in full, financial assistance is available based on the Federal Government Poverty guidelines published each year. Please contact our Financial Services Department at 515-239-4597. We will be happy to explain the application process.
