How often should I be eating throughout the day?
There does not appear to be a set rule as to how often a person should eat. Three meals, six small meals, frequent grazing throughout the day, etc. - what really matters is what and how much are eaten at those times and is it within the person's calorie recommendations. Strive for healthy food choices, include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat/fat-free dairy products and lean protein. Limit sugary and high-fat food items.
