An intensive training program is designed considering specific sport needs.
Each session lasts 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Components of this program include:
• Dynamic Functional Warm-Up - Exercises involving large muscles and coordination along with form running drills
• Core Stabilization - Trunk strengthening
• Balance Drills - Balance progression with dynamic movement patterns
• Strengthening - Exercises to improve strength and power
• Linear Acceleration - Analysis of form and exercise to increase foot speed and decrease reaction time
• Lateral Speed and Agility - Exercise for lateral movement and change of direction
• Plyometrics - Progression of exercise for power and foot speed development, exercises and drills are devised to increase vertical jump
• Aerobic and Anaerobic Conditioning Depending on the client needs and developed with circuit and overspeed treadmill training
