Treatment options are available for varicose veins in various locations of the body.External Genital Organ (Buttock) - The occurrence of varicose veins in the genital organ is relatively frequent particularly for women who have developed varicose veins during pregnancy. These veins can create some discomfort during menstruation and during sex. Abdomen - Infrequently, if varicose veins are present in the abdomen, these bulging veins may be related to liver disease. Face - Fine and superficial blood vessels that appear close together or a reddened area on the face is called rosacea. In women, rosacea fine appears usually between 30-50 years old. In adulthood, blood vessels increase in size, become inflamed, flare and can become what is called coupe rose, meaning an advanced stage of rosacea.
